1.2 Main Functions of the Equipment: Products packaged in tape are fed through the machine's tape feeding system to the pick-up position. A robotic arm uses a vacuum suction cup to pick up the product and transfer it to the correction module for alignment (if the correction module is optionally equipped; otherwise, it proceeds directly to the programming module). The product is then transferred by a vacuum nozzle to the programming module. After programming or testing is completed, the product is placed either in the NG collection box or at a designated position on the tape encapsulation module based on the results. The tape module then completes the tape packaging of the product.

An ion fan module can be optionally added during the tape packaging process to help eliminate static electricity from the products. (Optional)

A dot marking function can be optionally added during the tape packaging process to mark products that have been tested or programmed. (Optional)

A non-contact digital sensor can be optionally added during the tape packaging process to detect misalignment and missing materials without physical contact. (Optional)

An automatic tape cutting function can be optionally added during the tape packaging process to automatically cut the tape after a single roll is completed, allowing for the packaging of the next roll and prompting manual collection. (Optional)
